What is the age limit for my kids to play at Planet Fun?

Kids of all ages are welcome in our play structure.  Adults do need to be accompanied by a child. We have a separate play area for toddlers 3 years-old and younger. For the safety of your kids, socks must be worn at all times in our facility.

How long can my kids play at Planet Fun?

Your kids can stay and play as long as they would like during Planet Fun’s hours of operation.  Planet Fun does not offer in/out privileges.

Can we play any time?

Yes, you can bring your kids to play at any time during Planet Fun's hours of operation.

As an adult, can I play in Planet Fun’s play areas

Sure, adults are welcome in our tunnel system with their children.  Adults need to wear socks too.

Is outside food allowed at Planet Fun?

No, we do not allow outside food or drinks at Planet Fun. We have a concession area with a variety of refreshments for everyone.  Please visit www.gotoplanetfun.com/Menu.html to see our full menu.

Are there group or discount rates?

Yes, we offer group rates for daycares, religious organizations, mom’s group play dates, camps, school groups and other large parties. Please contact Planet Fun for more information.  Reservations are required in advance for group discounts.

We also offer an Annual Pass option. However, this is only available to walk-in customers and does not apply to groups.

What is an Annual Pass and how do I get one?

Planet Fun has two Annual Pass options:  the Monday – Thursday Pass or the Anytime Pass.  Passes may be upgraded to include tokens, kid’s meal and additional free passes.  Passes cannot be applied for group rates.  For more information please visit www.gotoplanetfun.com/OpenPlay.html.

Are socks needed to play at Planet Fun?

Yes, all kids are required to wear socks in the play areas. If your kids do not have socks, we have them available for purchase upon check-in.  Adults in the play areas must also wear socks.

Can we book a party at Planet Fun?

Does Planet Fun have private party rooms?

Yes, your party will have its own private party room for serving pizza, ice cream and cake.

How many guests may I invite to my kid's party?

Our party packages are based on 8 kids, which include one birthday child.  You are welcome to invite additional children; additional fees apply for additional guests.  Our basic party rooms accommodate 16 kids and 8 adults.  Our large party room will accommodate up to 30 children with room for 8+ adults.  Other adults are welcome to wait and relax in our dining room area where they can enjoy WiFi, watch television, and talk with other parents.

When do I need to provide Planet Fun a final headcount?

We do not require a final headcount prior to your party.  We will be prepared to check-in all of your guests.  You just want to be sure you have the appropriate sized room reserved based on the number of guests you are expecting.

May I bring my own decorations to my kid's party?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations. Please take home any decorations you bring to Planet Fun. Silly string, confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.  Our party hostess will be happy to decorate, please make sure you let us know upon check in.

Does Planet Fun have balloons?

Yes, Planet Fun does have balloons! We have a 10 balloon bouquet or single balloons available for purchase.

Does Planet Fun have ice cream?

Yes, Planet Fun does have individual ice cream cups in chocolate and vanilla available for purchase.  Planet Fun does not allow ice cream cakes or ice cream to be brought into the facility.

Does Planet Fun provide cakes?

No, Planet Fun does not provide cakes. 

When do I need to place my food order for the party?

Any extra food can be ordered at the time of booking your party or call up to the day before.  You may also order additional food from the kitchen on the day of the party to be delivered to your party room.  Be sure to give the kitchen staff plenty of time to prepare your food to arrive in the party.

How do I reserve my kid's party at Planet Fun?

You can call or come in to speak with one of our party coordinators to book your child’s party.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation (100% if paying cash) to reserve room and time.

If I need to reschedule or cancel my kid's party can I get a refund on my deposit?

Cancellations require a 7-day notice or the final balance will be charged.  The deposit is not refundable, but you may reschedule your party up to the day before your party with no additional charge.

When will my credit card be charged?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation to reserve the room and time.  Your credit card will be kept on file until the completion of the party.  The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file one week prior to the party date.

Does the birthday child count as one of the 8 children in the party package?

Yes, the party package is based on 8 kids, including 1 birthday child.  Additional guests or birthday children can be added.

What if I have more than 8 total kids?

Additional kids can be accommodated for $9.99 per child. This includes their admission, unlimited play, pizza and drink while in the party room (as well as additional items in the extra-terrestrial and super-galactic party packages).  If your party exceeds 12 children, you should consider upgrading to the large party room.

Can I bring a cake and have my own party in your dining room?

Sure!  We call that a Walk-In party.  There is a $15.00 cake set up/clean up fee to bring a cake into Planet Fun.  However, we will provide you with cake plates, forks, napkins and a trash bag for gift wrap.  Call us to reserve a table Monday – Friday.  We do not reserve tables on the weekends, but Walk-In parties are still welcome and seating is first come, first served.  General Admission will be charged for each guest.

Can I bring my own food to the party?

You can bring your own birthday cake (no ice cream cakes please), but we do not allow any other outside food or beverages.
