Payment:
- If paying by credit card, 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation to reserve the room and time.
- If paying by cash, 100% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation to reserve room and time.
- Cash or credit card only (no checks accepted).
- Credit Card kept on file until completion of the party.
- 50% balance will be charged to credit card on file one week prior to party date.
- Declined credit cards incur a $15 service charge.
- Entire balance must be paid in full prior to entering the party room.
- Additional child guests and other charges the day of the party will be charged to the credit card on file.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued the day of the party if guest(s) fail to arrive. The amount of food & drinks will be served for the number of guests agreed upon at the time of reservation.
- Room cleaning fee may apply if the room is left soiled and will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Cancellations require 7-day notice or final balance will be charged. Deposit is not refundable.
- You may reschedule your party up to the day before your party.
Also…
- Additional food and drinks may be purchased at the kitchen counter.
- No outside food or drink allowed.
- No in/out privileges.
- SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS.
- We are a “play at your own risk” facility. All children must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.
